Story Videos
Concept to Delivery: Systems for Scale
I developed a standardized production framework to streamline the creation of weekly educational content. By pitching and implementing a structured organization system, I ensured brand consistency across multi-camera captures and studio environments. From storyboarding and set design to directing talent and final multi-cam editing, I managed the end-to-end delivery of digital assets for a consistent weekly audience of over 3,000 children across 14 campuses.
Music Videos
Visual Identity & Creative Execution
I led the creative development and execution of original music videos, focusing on building a recognizable visual standard for the brand. My role involved location scouting, set design, and studio/on-location lighting to create high-energy, engaging content. I managed every technical detail—from initial ideation and talent direction to the final post-production and distribution—ensuring each project met the organization's mission-driven standards.
Brand Establishment
Digital Content Standards
Beyond individual projects, I established the technical and aesthetic benchmarks for all in-house curriculum content and digital assets. This included curating Digital Asset Management (DAM) protocols to ensure long-term discoverability and creating a unified visual language that bridged the gap between online platforms and in-person campus experiences.
