I’m a visual storyteller in the mountains of Southern California, with a passion for capturing the moments and voices that connect us. My work spans narrative photography, documentary filmmaking, podcast editing, and storytelling design for mission-driven brands.
I believe every person holds a story that can inspire empathy, build bridges, and transform how we see this beautifully diverse world. I’ve been deeply shaped by the people I’ve met through this work, and it’s an honor to help share their voices with others.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Photojournalism. My work has appeared in The Dubois County Herald, The Flint Journal, The News and Observer, The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, Upworthy, Grantland, and others. I attended the Eddie Adams Workshop XXIX. My work has been recognized by the Hearst Journalism Awards, North Carolina Press Photographers Association, Michigan Press Photographers Association, and College Photographer of the Year.
