Raising Up Wild

“Raising Up Wild” is a short film about the Kimball family who left their lives in the United States to build an eco-lodge and raise their children in the jungle of Bocas del Toro, Panama. Their story unfolds in a region facing environmental and economic change. The film was created as part of Undercurrent 360, a 2016 UNC-Chapel Hill student project using bilingual, immersive storytelling to document the region.
